Angkor Lemongrass Paste (Kroeung) is the only ‘speed-scratch’ lemongrass cooking ingredient available. It delivers authentic Cambodian flavor in an efficient cooking paste with versatility allowing it to work well as a soup base, flavoring for vegetable dishes and marinade for meats.

Our lemongrass paste has the unique contrasting flavors and textures that Cambodian cuisine is known for.  Kroeung is the base ingredient in many Cambodian dishes (Amok, beef brochettes, creamy pineapple soup ...).   It is also good for fusion dishes, such as roasted brussels sprouts with lemongrass or lemongrass chicken pizza.  Our lemongrass paste is created from a recipe used by our chef's family for generations.

INGREDIENTS:  Lemongrass (lemongrass, water), Garlic, Onion, Jalapenos, Fish Sauce (anchovy extract, salt, sugar), Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Canola Oil, Lime Juice Concentrate, Galangal, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime leaves.
