2 cloves garlic (minced)

6 cups of shredded jicama

Green onion for garnish (julienned)  



Serving Suggestions

Serve with grilled fish and steam rice.

Shredded jicama tossed with prepared fish sauce and Chrouk Metae.

Ingredients

Mix all ingredients except the jicama and green onion.  Set aside.  


Just before serving, fold in shredded jicama.
