We are excited to welcome Chef Channy back to NYC for a Cambodian Pop-Up where she will be cooking up favorites that all Cambodians crave and her American fans keep asking for more.

Channy came to USA as a refugee and worked as engineer in Silicon Valley for 30 years before deciding to pursue her passion for cooking and sharing Cambodian food culture.  At the 2018 Summer Fancy Food Show, Channy won a sofiTM award which led to the opportunity of meeting Hong Thaimee (Chef and owner of Thaimee Table).

Creamy Pineapple Soup

Chicken simmered in our Lemongrass Paste and coconut milk, pineapple, kale and Thai basil, served with a slice of toasted baguette

Lok Lak

Cubes of flap steak marinated & cooked to perfection, served on a plate of lettuce, tomato, onion, hard boiled egg, drizzled with lime and Kampot pepper dressing

Sachko Ang Tuk Prahok

Skirt steak served with Cambodian steak sauce

Salmon served with Cambodian steak sauce
